Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the incorrect item and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all mugs are printed on demand and custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Refunds

Shipping Costs
