Mug Spot USA Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Mug Spot USA Affiliate Program. These terms govern your participation as an affiliate promoting products sold at https://mymugspot.com.

By joining our program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Mug Spot USA Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our mugs through your unique referral link. When a customer makes a qualifying purchase through your link, you earn a percentage of the sale.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Your platform must not promote hate, violence, adult content, illegal activities, or discriminatory views.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commissions

• Standard commission rate: 15% of the sale amount (excluding tax & shipping).
• Commission applies to completed sales made through your affiliate link.
• No commission is paid for orders you place yourself or promote to family members for personal use.

4. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal in USD.
• Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD.
• You must provide a valid PayPal email to receive payment.
• Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will void commission for that order.

5. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. If a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link (and no other affiliate overwrites it), you receive credit.

6. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote using:

• Social media posts
• Blog articles
• Email newsletters (with consent)
• Your website or YouTube channel

You may not:

• Use paid ads targeting our brand name, domain, or trademarks.
• Post affiliate links on coupon, rebate, or discount code websites.
• Misrepresent Mug Spot USA or claim to be an employee/partner.
• Spam or use unethical promotional methods.

7. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission for purchases made through your affiliate links. For example:

“As an affiliate of Mug Spot USA, I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through my link. This comes at no extra cost to you.”

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for immediate removal include:

• Violating these terms
• Engaging in dishonest or spammy promotion
• Attempting to game the system or place fake orders

You may also leave the program at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability will never exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. We will notify you via email or post updates to this page. Continued participation in the program means you accept the updated terms.
